The challenges faced by domestic violence survivors are profound and multifaceted. The issues extend beyond immediate physical harm to include systemic problems within family courts, child protective services, and the pervasive threat of trafficking. The rates of violence and exploitation are alarmingly high, and many believe the true extent is even greater than current statistics suggest. Advocacy is crucial in shedding light on these issues and supporting those affected.
